Although it is based in the UK, there is plenty of information in Q to keep an American pop fan coming back for more. Each monthly issue is a mini-book stuffed with loads of reviews of albums and music-related movies, DVDs, and books as well as current download lists, great interviews, coverage of key events in pop music history and writing that revels in an edgy sense of humor.

This magazine is one of the most well known ones in the music industry. A five star review in the Rolling Stone magazine would carry a lot of weight in the music business. This magazine is mainly rock however quite a lot of people who are into pop music read it.

If it's not on a Billboard chart, most of the music industry says it's not on a chart. The controversial magazine first appeared as a CD-ROM based publication in 1994 before re-organizing as a print magazine in 1999. This is one of the most well known, teen, pop music magazines Top of the Pops magazine is a monthly publication published by Immediate Media Company. It features chart information, star gossip, fashion and beauty advice, quizzes, song lyrics and posters. It is a supplementary magazine for the TV show Top of the Pops until the latter was cancelled in 2006.

Its usually placed with Top of the Pops and Billboard when it comes to ranking the most well known, pop magazines. This magazine is also aimed mainly towards teenagers and pre-teens.
